The event will stress authenticity for garb and the encampment.

We will be working under the Sjorvaldar banner, recruitment is for Sjorvaldar and the event fee will go to Sjorvaldar.

Bring tables and chairs. If they are not period furniture then bring coverings for them to conceal modern furniture. Bring display items.

Generally we can drive to the encampment site to load and unload during certain hours before or after the end of the day. Admission and parking will be free as we will be "gatelisted" with Sjorvaldar. Once we have details we can confirm the arrival time. We can have a feast on Saturday after the close. Food can be cooked over our fire pit. It's a potluck.

Will (for Robin) will need a list of participants by February 1st for the gate list, which means free parking and admission. Robin will need that list to include full legal name of each person, day of arrival and whether it's morning, afternoon or evening. Robin will be the contact person for this event. Guidelines from the guild masters will be forwarded to us when she receives them.
